Smith Booksellers.

Ever since I got Dragonborn, Smiths are selling Spelltomes. Why is this Happening? Is it because of the DLC?

Dragonborn is so good that every blacksmith in game has suddenly become literate! Free Tomes of Flames of Eternal Damnation for everyone! :tes:
