Am I screwed when it comes to upgrading the crossbow and crafting new bolts if I sided with the vampires?

I have a save from before I chose sides but I've made significant progress over the past 2 days so I really don't want to revert back.

Edit: When I mean bolts, I mean the exploding bolts of ice, fire, and shock.
