i finally decide to get a home in Riften and this is what i discovered.. i almost platinum'd Bethesda's broken and neglected Playstation version, but never have i seen something that startled the ba-jebus out of me in skyrim like this did.

Note: i didn't notice the dead pixels and screen tearing till after it uploaded.. why it didnt show up in 720 either is also unknown to me

This happens quite a bit and on all platforms.

It's still a fun glitch, though.

Has anybody had the dead frostbite spider glitch in the Riften House? Walked onto my balcony and there was some twitching dead spiders attached to my door and it was the scariest [censored] ever.

Mine have never come alive like that. They just stand frozen in a random position a foot or so from the base.

These mannequins are obviously just the first part to the next DLC where mannequins and other previous statuesque type figures become live, active and animated. Comes out next month.

Mannequins are proper NPCs, with their AI processing turned off -possibly by a script. Sometimes however, they bug and you can get hilarities like these. if you're on PC, you can turn on their AI processing, on purpose. They even talk to you

PS: It seems the "no weapons on mannequins" restriction, is there for good reason: They might go rogue and use them

Wait I saw this episode. We need the Doctor. That might be enough to keep me out of that house.
