Ok this bothers me. I have Dawnbreaker and sometimes it kicks off when I kill gargoyles. Since when are gargoyles undead? In most fantasy lores, gargoyles are created simulacrums, usually by evil spellcasters. I've even researched Elder Scrolls lore on them and nothing suggests them being undead. I don't know why it bothers me, but it does.
