A Small DLC Similar to Hearthfire

DLC-Humble Beginnings - Helgen

I've been thinking lately of a future small DLC idea that could be good (im sure the idea will get negativity, maybe it should have been implemented alongside Hearthfire)
Once the DLC has been downloaded you open your save game, on entering any city, a Courier approaches with a letter.

Letter of Opportunity,
I have been watchings you for much timess, and have seen that you aquires many septims, i have heard
rumours that you were at Helgen when the Great Black Beast attackeds, if I am right then i have a Propositionss
for you, meets me at my camp near Embershard Mine,

M'aiq The Liar

Travel to Embershard mine, where you will notice an arrangement of tents and wooden huts erected outside. An assortment of people, Argonians and Khajiit are mining and loading carts outside the mine, approach the main tent where you will see M'aiq lookng over documents on a table, when you enter conversation with him he immediately seems pleased at your choice to meet with him,
M'aiq,
''ahhh, Welcomes to my Mine i recently acquired it from some Bandits....Peacefully (Khajiit Snigger) , my reason for this to you is unclear i see, well my goal is to rebuild Helgen as i see it would make for a good trade Village.... On the other handss ill need someone who can help rebuild with Septims and bring in a community, after all people trusts you, do they not?

(responses)
1. What are you getting at Khajiit?
2. I'm listening M'aiq, go on.

M'aiq,
''Well i need Septims to recruit more Workers and Guards, as raids keep happening at night as we have found a source of Blackened Stone that seems to harden under heat of fire.....I have takens to callingss it Emberstone, but word has gotten out, this is why i need your helps, there is a tunnel that leads to the Helgen ruins, i wish to blocks the the mine at this entrance and open it in Helgen, and rebuild the Village around thiss...Good no?!

(responses)
1. This sounds like a promising Prospect M'aiq!
2. I have No interest, Ill be on my way.

M'aiq,
I knew i could countss on you Dovahkiin, M'aiq is very pleased...if you could aquire 40,000 Septims, i can rebuild the Village walls and Townhall, this would be a good start. i will employ more guards and workers also!

The Village will work in a similar way to building the Hearthfire houses, but on a much larger scale. The starting amount lets M'aiq block Embershard entrance and reopen it in Helgen, it also allows for the fixing of the (starter) walls and town hall aswell as the recruitment of workers and soldiers.

Next is the building of the Community and other buildings,(25,000)
.Armoury and Barracks with attached Blacksmiths (whatever the Mannequin has equipped in the armoury is what your guards will wear, the Blacksmith is a source of income for the Town)
.Market (Sorce of income for the Town)
.Jail
(for now the Community live in temporary huts and tents)

Next is further buildings and defences, aswell as two outposts (20,000)
.upgrade to Market
.Alchemy Store (name yet to be)
.A Bits and Bobs store (source of income for the town)
.Widened walls and Moat
.Two outpost Towers

Next is Housing, Structural support within Embershard Mine and a Temple (25,000)
.Temple of The Divines (variety of shrines, with the chance of having a hidden Talos Shrine)
.7 Houses some built high up into rock, some ground and level some in subterranean levels (still visible)
.Support Stuctures inside Embershard aswell as an office for M'aiq

Next two Village upgrades become Expensive due to upgrades

Next is the Farm, Stables, Meadery, Townhall Emberstone Upgrade and Cemetery (40,000)
.Townhall Emberstone Upgrade (Emberstone Hall, you will acquire the levitation enchanment from Tel Mithryn once the upstairs throne room is built)
.Stables (can be upgraded via Stables owner to operate a horse and cart service)
.Meadery (Embermead Brewery, source of income for the town)
.Farm (StruunKaz Farm, can ask the Farmer to plant whatever you wish)
.Cemetery (built outside Helgen)

Next is the Emberstone Upgrade aswell as a bolster to the Town Guard aswell as the chance to add Balistas and plaque above the Town gate.
.Emberstone Rebuild (the entire town is rebuilt with Emberstone layers, which gives a shiny blackened hue)
.Bootcamp/Guard Recruitment (2 sentries on ground outside both gates, two archers on each of the 4 towers, plus several guards that patrol from the NorthEast watchtower to the SouthWest and around the Farm)
.Ballistas and trebuchet plus Town Plaque above both gates)

there is more, like adding art and gardens aswell as decorations to buildings (inside and out)

Once the Emberstone upgrade is complete, all of Skyrims Jarls convene a meeting at the centre of your Town with your Community crowding around they award you the title of Jarl, and give you the choice of naming the Town Emberstone or keeping Helgen. you now Command the tiny Hold of EmberHill which now encompasses Riverwood, and a Khajiit encampment half way between the two towns and an Argonian Dockyard on the White River, M'aiq becomes your Advisor and you can Make any one of your followers the Captain of the Guard.

I hope you like the Idea, probably needs a few tweaks LOL

EDIT. You will have the opportunity to make Emberstone Armour in Light and Heavy variants aswell, it would give your character a 10% resistance to fire and be a new unique Armour that only comes with this DLC
EDIT. In response to Vixulation, yh better to avoid smaller DLC's but this could make a nice addition to the next big DLC...
EDIT. Heimskr has the chance to move to your Village and live, he will live in the Secret Talos Shrine but travels to Whiterun to Preach.

Sounds better than Hearthfire, if they had to make a small DLC then I'd like this but, if we can avoid the small DLCs and have large ones then I'd prefer that, I'd prefer no more Dawnguard or Hearthfire.
