Hearthfire has turned me into a hoarder (in-game). Only thing I sell to vendors is armor and weapons. Everything else gets tucked away nice and neat into storage. I've become paranoid about coming across a recipe and not having a component to complete it. Besides you never know when a four piece embalming set might come in handy! Plus, my main being an alchemist, well you get the picture.
