Hello, I'm rather new here and on my lvl 49 skyrim character when I go up to a wall to learn a new shout all it does is play the dramatic music and nothing else. If this matters I have 20 dragon souls and 19 shouts unlocked already, and I play purely offline. I'm much obliged to anyone who can fix my problem
