Nord Shock Resistance

Post » Fri Jan 04, 2013 10:38 am

Just a quick question, partially geared towards those who played Morrowind. Am I the only one who misses having some shock resistance as a Nord? It made it feel like the Nord was more of an anti-magic geared fighter, seperated further from the anti-stealth(poison resistance) Ra'Gada. Of course, I am not saying we should give the Nords the resistance level of Morrowind, but adding some shock resistance would be nice.

Wont make much sense now that they've set the record strait. Nords live in a cold land, so they resist cold. Dunmer live in a black-ash fiery plain, so they resist fire. Sounds cooler than the old, "magic", excuse. Besides, where is the Breton left now?

Well, they're frost resistant now. And I think it makes more since considering the weather in Skyrim.

In Morrowind they were immune to frost as well as 50% resistant to shock.
