My first character is level 18 and would like to enchant his newly crafted bow. I have learned a fire damage spell. When I go to the enchanting table it says I need a soul gem.I bought a common soul gem not knowing what kind to buy.When I go to the enchanting table i haven't been able to figure out what I need to do and what abilitys I seem to be missing that I need to acquire.Could some one spell out(just a little attempt at humor ) exactly what i need...and the step by step process to enchant my bow.
