I find that my Lakeview house near Falkreath as well as the other two, cause the game to crash 90% of the time when entering, walking around, interacting with, or leaving the houses. Is there a reason for this? I use no in game mods. And my laptop is more then capable of handling anything this game throws at it. I play on max graphics at all times and the game only crashes with hearthfire content. Are there any patches to fix this issue?

The issue I see with Lakeview is the occasional long load times when leaving that house. I never had any crashes while in the house or near it.
