Forum downtime on Sunday

Just a quick note that our forums will be down for maintenance on Sunday night. Exact time and for how long they will be down for is TBA, but we'll do everything to get them back up asap.

I've been having this problem also.
It has been permanently down for some time, that is why you can't access it.
