Enchanted items' bonuses glitch?

Hello everyone,
I've just noticed something weird about my enchanted items (both created at an enchanter and found in random loots): every bonus on 'em appears to be reduced by 20% on what they should actually give.
EG: Boots of Extreme Stamina, they should raise my Stamina by 50 points but actually do so by 40.
Bracers of Major Wielding: 25% more damage with one-handed weapons, and yet it appears to be just 20% when I look at my Active Effects.

Same goes for mana regen. rates from robes (80% instead of 100%), necklaces of magic/disease/fire/frost resistance, etc etc.
The only thing that seems to work properly is the Lord stone, giving +50 armor & 25% magic resist according to my active effects.

I do have Dawnguard and quite a lot of mods installed, but I'd rather wait for someone else's own opinion on the matter before starting to list them all :tongue: besides, my GF's had the same problem a while ago while having a "clean", non-modded version of the game on her PC - so I'd be led to think they have nothing to do with it.

Anyone else got this? Is it related to the Lord stone, or just a random glitch? Can't really seem to figure it out. :ermm:

Bump.

Quick update: if i turn to werewolf, wait for it to end and then re-equip everything, some bonus seems to revert back to what it should be in the first place. Usually the one of the first items I re-equip.

So... Any ideas? No one? Nobody at all? :blink:
