Pick a level, dungeon, etc from one game that you would love to see recreated in another, using the new game's mechanics, lore, design, etc.

Personally... every single dungeon from Zelda included into a TES game would help me continue playing TES.

Especially if one of said dungeons was the Water Temple from Ocarina.
