So I'm on ps3 and have a level 77 file where Lydia dies in one punch. i obviously went to whiterun very early on and her level is stuck on about 8 I'm guessing. I can't use wabbajack as I'm past her lv 50 cap so I was wondering if there was another method?

And I was also hoping someone could tell me why they haven't patched this problem? And the one that makes items vanish from my inventory?
