Got an idea for a community project...

So I've got an idea for a project open to everyone in the TES modding community, and I wanted to see what you all thought about it.

As we all know, assets from Elder Scrolls games can't be used in mods for other games. And mods that add provinces tend to get done far too late to enjoy, if at all. Not only that, but they're also disjointed and separate from other mods that attempt to do the same. It would be nice for some more unity.

I envision a great repository of assets to be shared by modders; assets that span all the provinces, compiled into one nice little plugin package. Sort of in the vein of FCOM, perhaps, but for a different purpose.

Of course, assets for areas that have been seen already (Cyrodiil, Morrowind) would only be accepted into the repository if they were made completely from scratch.

This is definitely quite a complicated task, but I think it would be highly beneficial to the modding community. What do you all think? Would it be feasible?

I think this is already a thing. (Can't remember the name if the site)

If it's not, just open up someone's bsa and watch them not sue you. :P
