The only problem is my wife and I picked this up under the banner of "Alcatraz: The Complete Series" and find it ending with no explanation as to what the Warden was actually up to... what the broken promise was, made to him by the Millionaire ex convict... and probably the worst of all... the series Main Character dying on the operating table!

Why are they cancelling shows like this and but still producing stuff like "The X Factor" and "Jersey Shore"?

Does anyone know where the writers expected to go with this?

Does Sarah Jones come back to life (because she is waaaaaay too hot to stay dead)?

Anyone else catch it when it was on or know what was supposed to have happened?

I thought it was an okay series but haven't seen all of it, I always liked Hauser the best anyway.
