I have created him but dont know what to wear or what skills.

Easy. Heavy armour (Dwarven armour) and either 1 or 2-handed weapons (an enchanted Elven sword/greatsword- ideally you'd want something that does extra damage to Orcs or Falmer, but there's no such enchantment, so just go with whatever you like).
