When I go to transform into the vampire lord, there is a 1-2 min delay in transforming. Sometimes, it doesn't happen at all. I disabled all addons, but they had no effect on the transormation. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have never been so disappointed with paying for a piece of software and having it not work. This is the core mechanic for this xpac and it doesn't work.

My faith in Bethesda has been shaken.
