Sorry, I looked all over the place on the internet but couldn't find anything about it. Not that it really matters, I play on PS3, but just wondering, I thought I heard something about them adding that in but I just can't find it.

The Dawnguard DLC added a NPC to give you a makeover for anything except six and race. She can be found in the Ragged Flagon (I think that's what it is called), next to the Thieves' Guild under Riften

Think it fair to point out that it's quite an expensive salon though, 1000 septims for a cut n blowdry!

If that's the price of Skyrim's black market, think of the fair one... Maybe that's better than getting a cut from a salon in Solitude or the Imperial City lol.

She does have a monopoly on the business after all!
