I've been playing since the release date on the xbox but I want to switch to the pc. First of all, I've been told that you can transfer saves, can anyone confirm this? Second of all, my save has Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn DLCs on it, if I transferred that data to the pc skyrim disc without the add-ons downloaded what would happen?

I'm not sure about transfering saves (it's the first time I've heard of it; I'd be surprised if it were true), but I'm pretty sure that loading a DLC-'infected' save in just the base game will result in an error.
