Im making a fairly simple yet complex request.

A. remove the rubble from the Underpass Keep palace, except around the ruins excavation site.

B. create a NPC who you can invest gold to, who will then start to repair the city's dwemer gas lamps, in every building, be it shop, your home or npc home. As the gas lamps get turned back on, the crude, nordic horn candles get removed. Then later you can give this NPC Dwemer oil in exchange for gold, he uses this oil to fuel the city's repaired lighting system.

C. add a stand for the Lexicon, from the quest Unfathomable Depths, in your Markarth home. (I plan on searching for/ requesting a mod which allows you to take the Lexicon off its stand after you finish the quest)
