I have been looking for this to no avail. There are several teleport mods, but they are either spells like Mark / Recall or they are preset standing stones, rooms or other mechanics. Or other reasons due to the mod no longer being supported.

This would focus to the needs of characters that are not favored to magic. Basically consisting of two objects that, when dropped, allowed the player to teleport between them.

Main supportive features of interest :

• Two small platforms. For example, Dwemer plate metal pieces with a creative lighting effect.
  
• Both being movable when dropped to allow detailed placement.
  
• Either being removable at any point, carried in the player's inventory and placed at a different location.
  
• Supportive of followers.
