Well for one, I'm surprised there isn't a poll.

For two, I find it odd that few in the other thread thought much of the Imperials, who as we all know, have basically conquered all the known world (i.e. - Roman Empire). I agree for a character in a TES single player game they don't seem to measure up to the other races, but as an overall race how can you deny their ability to rule all?

Single entity not a race.

Yeah... I was just jokingly mentioning what is above the Aedra. :D

Besides, everyone knows we Dunmer are superior.

It's pretty difficult to decide upon which race is superior without some kind of criteria to work with.

As far as the fighting in the game goes, it could be interesting to see which NPC's tend to 1v1's and battles the most consistently. For example, I've noticed that the stormcloaks tend to beat the imperials quite alot, however the thalmor seem to beat the stormcloaks.

It might be an interesting experiment to see which race's npcs with base level skills and attributes, win the most fights. Or perhaps 50 regular infantry and 20 "elite" unites representing each race's cream of the crop, fighting it out to determine which race is best at fighting.

Has anyone done this in creation kit or something?

With their right hand being the Nords. I think the Nords get a lot of the credit for their success.

You've clearly not read the lore bro. They're actually Aldmer, who fought to survive in the harsh lands of Valenwood. Go read.

You do realize that Khajiit are also Atmer descendants? Now, whether or not the book I read that said this was Khajiit biased I can't say, and I don't remember what it was called. It was something I found on imperial library.

I'm telling you, the Bosmer are direct descendants to the Aldmer. It clearly states this in lore.

'lore' is not some singular entity. It is an amalgamation of multiple sources, often conflicting ones. The origins of the Khajiit and Bosmer are in fact told in multiple ways within the TES lore.

The source I read said otherwise, BUT, Beth puts more time into biasing and creating falsehoods among in-game books than they get credit for. Example: Ursinethropes. They are supposed to be ALL over Skyrim according to some [censored] with a paper and a pen, but they obviously aren't.

To be honest, I find the Bosmer disgusting and bizarre and only know of them what pops up in other races lore.

How do they conflict with each other? If you can show me, I'll believe you.

That doesn't really help here though xD

As far as what I've read on the UESPWiki, which is where everyone seems to go for lore, there's no mention of Khajiit ever having been the same as Bosmer.

They do have a form that looks similar to Bosmer, it's called Ohmes.
