I have been having multiple problems with this quest. The problem I'm having now is that I need to get the key to get into Hijerim. It keeps telling me the mother is in the inn. I go in there and my quest marker is pointing at nothing, like she's invisible or something. Can I just break into the house?

Another issue I'm having is that I can't get assistance from Jarleif.
