Perhaps not for obvious things that tend to come up like anything to do with FF7, but I distinctly remember that FF12 had plenty of nice materials to work with that would likely suit Skyrim heavily.

I know creating an armour, especially complex ones is usually a laborious task.

Is it mainly due to fear from getting the mod taken down for legal reasons?

In fact almost all the all the Weapons/Armour/Shields in the game are suitable for Skyrim, some are a bit awkward though, especially the guns and I realise the Japanese style is a bit awkward either way for a Scandinavian/Rustic style.
