What I'm getting at by this is, I don't want Races to be specific to the province, eg; Only Nords can be from Skyrim, Dumner from Vvardenfell. Mainly because, Morrowind for me is the best out of the series... but I'm only good at being a Nord. I'm fine with the Clan setup they have going, eg: you cant be a Nord and be in the Daggerfall Alliance. But I don't want it so you can only be Dumner if you want to start in Vvardenfell.

So this is a stealth faction/race lock thread, this will get closed because threads like this turn into a cesspit of bickering.
