Physical and other unusual Jobs

Welp. Here I am. By December of this year, I will be out of High School and hopefully on my way to getting my first book published. I know that even if it does get published, it would not be smart to rely on it as a means to acquire currency.

So I thought my options over. I'm absolutely sick of school, so I have absolutely no intention of going back for a good few years. I'll be damned if I ever work in retail, as I refuse to be somebody else living billboard. No, if anything, I want to be getting currency doing something that is actually working to a greater end, as opposed to simply handing out food or moving boxes around for a corporation.

And so, I have come to the conclusion that if I am to get money through a more reliable way, I wish to insure that doing whatever I'm doing will be advancing myself in both, mental aspects and physical. If I manage to sincerely help change a few lives along the way, all the better. I don't care so much for the money as I do influencing people and doing something that is worth doing, while also being able to survive (even if it is very rough.) This brings me to the question of this topic.

If one wanted to make a little money to pay for food and transport via wrestling and other forms of physical work, where would be a good place to start? I will do my own research after this topic is posted, but was curious if anyone on the forum had some good advice from their own personal experience. I'm not looking to obtain an easy luxurious lifestyle out of this (if anything, the opposite,) but what I do want is to grow through doing the odd jobs, and also find myself a few contacts.

This is probably a pretty crappy OP, but it gets the question across I hope. Any advice would be gladly received, just don't tell me to put on a [censored] uniform for some fast food/retail chain.

I know exactly how you feel. Hang in there.

Let's not beat around the bush. Is that a pipe dream, or do you actually have something substantial right now?

I took several online classes during the last semester that put me way ahead on credits. I will only have around 2-3 classes next year for just a semester. Hell, it may be 3 classes one quarter, 2 the next. Planning to use the extra time for editing the book if it needs any more, working out, and anything else productive that I can think of.

But yes. I'm 100% certain this is the case. I may even be able to make it two classes each quarter if I do some summer school.
