It's rare than you can ever upgrade a laptop. The case is generally unopenable and the components soldered in place, so it's not something you can do yourself.
And certainly not something you'd get done cheaply either. You would also need specialised laptop components since 99% of the components on the market won't fit in a laptop.
Occasionally, some laptops are capable of being upgraded, but they have to be sent to the manufacturer for the work and again, such a thing is not cheap.
