Unofficial World of Tanks Discussion

After a year or two of being pestered by an alarming number of friends to get into World of Tanks, I finally did so last month. This game has a continuously growing following and I am therefore surprised to see there has yet to be a topic on it here on BSGF. This is the place for the discussion of all things WoT as well as to coordinate platoons with other Forumites. Best case scenario perhaps BSGF gets it's own company if there are enough people on here who play.

Most recently I reached the Cromwell (tier 6) of the British Medium line and the ELC AMX (tier 5) of the French Light Line and I must say both are exceptionally fun tanks. It's a good thing the Brit line worked out was well as it did too because I only started playing it because I think British tanks look fantastic.

For those not in the know WoT is a largely free team-based WW2 armored combat MMO. It is both very fun and sometimes exceptionally frustrating but since it's free to download and play there's no risk in checking it out.
