Level 50+

Post » Sat Jan 12, 2013 4:56 pm

So, for the first time in a long time, I've gotten a character that has made it to level 50. This is doubly impressive for me because I have a mod that slows the leveling rate to 1/3 of the default. I have no idea what level I would actually be, but anyway...

I'm still working through some companions jobs (also have a mod that add skill/quest requirements before moving to the next stage) but have completed the College and Thieves Guild quests. I've only done a couple of the Dark Brotherhood quests.

I'm not yet thane of The Pale, Eastmarch, or The Rift, but I am of all the others. I've done all but one of the Daedric quests (Mephala).

I've not started the Civil War quests, yet. Not sure when I'll get to it. I'm not very far in the main quest
Spoiler
Killed the dragon at Kynesgrove, yet to meet Delphine in Riverwood

I have no idea how many shouts or word walls I've yet to discover. I have all but one of the Dragon Priest Masks.

I can't tell you how many side quests or miscellaneous quests I've done. I think I'm about 109 hours into this character. I only have one skill at 100 (Enchanting). The next highest is Alteration at 88.

What's crazy about all this? There is still so much to do, not including Dawnguard or Dragonborn (whenever it's released). I wonder at what level I'll end up. 50-51 is a crawl...I could only imagine 60-61, 70-71, etc.

Not sure why I made this thread. Maybe I just had to put this in writing...imagine if I spent those hours doing something productive!

That has to be the most wack thing I've seen all week. I started over if I didn't like the way my character looked or I changed my mind of getting which perk or stats. In general I would rather have one character with everything on it. It would also help if Skyrim character creation didn't look so butt ugly.

It's a long game and I don't even on the guys who make new characters all the time just to role play some random ass nonsense.

Okay, and...what, exactly, is wack about the part you quoted?

Are you answering for him, or...?

If so, why is that wack? I feel the leveling is WAY too fast by default.

What level would you be if you leveled eight or so skills to 100?
