i was starting a new game and therefore the only house you can buy early on due to quest level restrictions is the one outside falkreath. i did those quests and became thane but i still have a journal option that says talk to the jarl and i have nothing new to say to him so its just stuck there on my log.
also i have a main hall and a cellar and it has 2 single beds, two cubords, a dresser, and all the wardrobes ect. when i goto try to adopt any child i get a message that i dont have enough room. i have clearly built all the beds and furniture so this is obviously a bug. ive sunk hours into this damn house and dont have the other two and i would like to enjoy the content i purchased by adopting children.
how can i fix my game to force it to recognize that i have room?
