When I get to the point where I'm meant to meet up with the imperial soldiers, none of them are there. I've tried just taking on the whole fort by myself, but when I get there it just says that there are 100% of the enemies left, but the fort is completely abandoned, apart from a few corpses.
I've tried a lot of things to solve the problem, including going back a few quests, but the problem persists. I've done some research and quite many people seem to have a similar problem. If it's not possible to fix the quest, is there a way I could work around it, so that I can at least finish the civil war story?
