In this cold, harsh and miserable land torn apart by civil war and old legends returning from myth, who has the honour of being Skyrim's most irritating person?

Mine has to be Heimskr in Whiterun (does he actually never shut up?). Also, Farangar is more stuck up and unpleasant than your average Thalmor agent sometimes.
