Okay I dont know if its just my game acting up or if this is real or not but I found this glitch in honningbrew meadery that if repeated lets me level up quick. Heres how it works: All I do is sneak behind the owner UNDETECTED and take him out with one critical hit. BUT he doesnt die, he just falls to his knees for a bit and gets back up like nothing happened! He forgets that I ever attacked him. Everytime I do this I earn 21 points to my sneak until I level up. Can anyone please try this out and confirm this for me?!

It's a known exploit. It's commonly used on essential NPC's like the Greybeards.
