The title says it all.

I've searched around the Nexus, and there are so many popular ENB presets that I just can't decide for myself. Which ENB gives the best graphics, regardless of performance? I have a pretty powerful PC, so I don't need any of the "performance ENBs", just whichever one will make the game look its absolute best.

For a little help narrowing down this topic, I'd like to point out that I'm using Climates of Tamriel, and that I enjoy the darker interiors/caves/dungeons/etc. where a torch is needed as it should be. However, I also would like to be able to see a realistic amount while in a dimly lit room (some ENBs just make everything unrealistically dark, where candles, lanterns, fireplaces, or chandeliers are basically worthless and you can't see around a room without a torch).

Any suggestions?

I don't use ENB, but the screenshots I've seen of http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/24235/ look the nicest to me by far.
