i havnt played this game in a while because of the mass amount of bugs in it but yesterday i was bored enough to put up with them and started playing my main character again which has 100 block skill and has all the skills in block taken. while i was crushing the game yesterday i noticed that my shield charge ability had randomly stopped working and it no longer sends enemies flying when i charge at them with my shield. the only things i did between the last time it was working and now that i can remember are a few bards college quests where i gave the drum and lute to the two people in the college, a somewhat buggy version of the daedric quest The Break of Dawn, and the quest Repairing the Phial.

what i would like to know most of all from anyone who has experienced this kind of bug is if my save files with this bug on them are completely [censored] or if theres a chance my shield charge will start working again if i keep playing through the game....

there are also plenty of other bugs ive noticed while playing the game again in the last two days. dragons have been flying around like complete retards, they keep flying straight up into the sky and then slowly make their way back down which makes fighting them a real pain in the ass. other ememies have bugged out where you can hear them pull out a weapon but then they are holding nothing in their hands and they just dance around my character doing nothing until i kill them.

p.s. my game is running the current 1.8 patch.
