Just save the game, exit the game, restart the system (not required but does clear the cell cache) and restart. It will be OK.

You can even save in the same cell if you want to, but it is better to go somewhere else.

Lets start with your load order. Copy it friom BOSS and paste it in "spoiler tags" so it doesn't expand a wall of text in the thread. Then we'll, go form there.

EDIT : Ahh....CCNA's advise is solid. However, I fear you may have deeper issues.

Yup, guess I have bigger problems. It is still happening. Anyone have experience with this?
