Hello folks. I've been looking for some time to find a resolution to this, but haven't be able to do anything. After turning in Scoundrel's folly and getting the little tidbit from Mercer about how he's going to go to Snowfall sanctum, he doesn't actually do anything. He sits there, when attempted to talk to again, he gives his 'shouldn't you have something else to do' line. It has effectively stopped any progress. I've tried to set the stage to start the quest, but hasn't worked for me. Any ideas?
