Have been reading about the effect of Fortify Restoration POTIONS and how it raises the Fortify Skill enchants on clothing...

But, I cant seem to find any discussion that shows how your Restoration skill raises these enchants..

For example, if i have OneHanded + 10% gauntlets, does the 10% go up as I level my Restoration to 100 normally.

Not looking for exploits here, just trying to under the mechanics of the game.

No, when you use the fortify resto potion exploit, you drink a fortify resto potion, you then make a fortify enchanting potion with higher than normal numbers, or a fortify smithing potion with higher than normal numbers. You then drink the potion, say you made a fortify enantming portion with a bonus of 4500%, you then enchant your gear and the numbers are really maxed up.

The glitch has nothing to do with levellng restoration.
