Hello,

I recently bought a new Playstation 3 slim 500gb version and I decided to start playing Skyrim again.
However I run into a very annoying bug.

During the first mission, when you have to go to whiterun to tell the jarl about the dragon, upon arrival the city is closed but you're supposed to talk to the guard to let you in.
But there are no guards.
None.
I can't enter whiterun and can't continue with the game.
I just went walking around a bit and I also found out I can't go to windhelm. There is no ground around windhelm, literally, and walking into the emptiness there will make my character unable to move.

Also, it seems that starting a new game removes al my save games.

Anyone have any idea what is happening or how I can fix it?
