[REQ] More Realistic Crossbow Aiming Animation

I like to play without using the Crosshair. I don't feel that in a Medieval Style High Fantasy game it is all that realistic to have a crosshair that simply allows you to point and shoot, rather than actually aim properly. Now this isn't a problem with bows, with the crosshair off I can aim where I want to shoot and be sure of hitting the target thanks to these ini settings:

fMagnetismStrafeHeadingMult=0.0
fMagnetismLookingMult=0.0
f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f1PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7

These make sure that arrows/bolts actually fly towards the crosshair (while still needing to do some compensation for very long range shots). When using a bow standing in first person, the arrow points directly where the crosshair would be, so I can aim just fine like that. In sneak mode I do need to make a small paralax adjustment but that seems quite realistic when weilding a large longbow while crouched, and was quite easy to get used to. However the animation for the crossbow is frankly ridiculous. If you try to fire a crossbow with no crosshair to help you it is impossible to aim it. I'm hoping that someone can make a mod (or has made one, I searched on Nexus but drew a blank) that changes the firing animation so that when in first person, your character actually sights along the line of the crossbow bolt like someone would do if they were using a crossbow in real life.

I've noticed that looking at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHbJjkBSD4g that Bethseda commited the same sin in that game and someone made a http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/6938 that corrected that issue for all the guns in the game. I'm essentially hoping that someone can do the same with Crossbows for Skyrim.

Thanks in advance.
