I was wondering if anyone has heard any information on, or had opinions about what Zenimax online will be doing to balance the 3 factions based on the number of players in each. Obviously certain races are more popular than others which will ultimately result in one of the factions having I higher population than the others; what I'm afraid will happen is one faction will become the dominating faction in Cyrodiil (PvP area) because they have a lot more players than the others. I could also see a large population of players re-rolling characters so that they can be in the dominating faction resulting in an even larger population in the winning faction and a smaller population in the other two. Zenimax has said that because that because there are 3 factions that 2 could "work together" to take out and push the other faction out of Cyrodiil but there is always the possibility that "dominating" faction is so large that even the 2 factions combined couldn't take them out.

Obviously there is always going to be one faction that is going to do better than the others but like I said there is a possibility that one faction could have constant hold over Cyrodiil. Just curious as to whether or not anybody had thoughts, worries, or opinions on this topic!
