Let me guess... You went with Linux because you wanted to stick it to Micro$oft because they charge so bloody much and yet support most of the mainstream software market? Are we learning anything yet? :P

Thats no excuse. Don't they want to capture a large fan base? I doubt there reasoning for this is "Theres no games on linux so F that" lol. and @Biper i'm not trying to turn this into a whole what OS is better war. I have computers with windows on it. My point is that there capable of doing it, yet they decide not to. Steam is on Linux now shouldn't that be some sort of inspiration? I mean why NOT?

Uhm... Of course they want to capture a large fanbase. Which is why they are sticking with Windows. How many average computer users are running Windows and how many are running Linux? Heck... How many average users even know what Linux is, other than something they know nothing about and don't really feel a need to know?

I understand that and by all means if they're going to target a certain OS to sell there product, windows and mac would be the best options because they will make more money, thats where all the "average users" you're talking about are. Yet why not make it available on Linux? Theres millions of people over here too. Not nearly as much as windows and mac but not that little to where you can just completely exclude us. I think it would be a good thing for them, imagine all the people on linux right now that have those "random indie games" as altadoon said. Then they get a quality game like TESO? Everyone on linux would have it. Like I said, why not?
