I was thinking...Now that they will finally release DB,HF,DG for ps3,this means that They fixed those bugs,and now the next dlc will be out without this wait for ps3 too?

If they're not fixed you should get the DLCs anyway. Likely to be the 1 and only chance to get all three for the price of one.

I would not count on bugs being fixed. However, as someone said, you can just buy them and hold on to them without actually installing them.
