Hi guys!, i have a peculiar problem with the sneak skill, i get experience in it without doing anything?!

I know i might sound anol now, but i am role playing and i don't want exp in skills that my char should not have, so when i see that i have gained experience i load the game, but this is quite annoying because the gain in exp is totally random, i can look at my skills then close the menu, and when i re open the skills menu again 5 min later i have gained some exp in sneak.

Have anyone experienced this also?

If you enter into sneak mode, you will get exp in sneak. You really don't have to do anything but sit there. If you attack someone while in sneakmode, if it does sneak attack damage, you get more exp.

This is how the it's supposed to work. You sneak around NPCs (even if you just sit there in the shadows doing nothing), you raise your sneak skill.

I don't use sneak!, and i have not activated sneak by mistake.

I can walk around then open my skills menu and see 0 exp in sneak, then i close the menu and when i re open the skills menu for example 5 min i have gained exp in sneak!

Just to test i made a new game, i was running through Helgen as usual when u start a new game, then you enter the hold.

When Hadvar/Ralof cuts my hands free i open the skills menu, lo and behold what do i see?... yes i have gotten exp in sneak

Then i reload the save when entering the hold, and repeating the above, and lo and behold what do i see?... now i have not gained any exp in sneak.

It is totally random and it is not me that sneaks.
