As of recently, when I get into combat the exploration theme that is currently playing doesn't stop, causing me to hear both the exploration music and the combat music at the same time (note: the exploration music isn't as loud as the combat music). I am not using any mods which alter the game's music apart from possibly the Unofficial Patches.

I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem before and how they dealt with it.
