I don't use them much, but with my new character I am using zero smithing, enchanting, or alchemy. I will use only what I find in game, and limit myself to carrying a total of 10 potions and 5 poisons total to avoid potion spamming.

How about you guys? What type of character did you use and what difficulty?

Same. Minus the Perks. No potion/Poison limits.

I made a warrior with no smithing (and obviously no alchemy or enchanting) on Master once. The most difficult playthrough ever.

Makes opening treasure chests a hell of a lot more fun.
