Becoming a business owner

So we can all expect at least one more DLC and it will probably be a big one, but if they decide to release another small one like Hearthfire then this would be my idea. (Keep in mind I play on PS3 so I have very little experience with how good Hearthfire actually was.)

So you've got your cute little house, a family, and your the Dragonborn. Things are goin good for you, but money's tight and you could use some income. I propose a DLC that opens up the option of purchasing a mine, a farm, or a sawmil.

The process goes about buying the property, constructing the work place, and hireing staff. Upgrades and additions can be bought, like your mine getting an armorer, or your farm getting an alchemy shop. Perhaps you could use your business to support a side of the civil was with supplies.

I'm sure a lot of you are sick of the cutesy stuff and just want some more story and I'm right there with you! But the stuff like this is the things that really can makes the game feel... alive, like a functioning world.

Anyway, that's my idea, should be $5 like Hearthfire. What do you guys have to say? ;)
