*Before you read these are NOT hardware issues.

Okay, so I've been playing Skyrim on my PC for some time now. But recently I have installed some mods that were causing my performance to drop. So I manually started deleting files that were related to the mods. But now, I every time I try to start a new game I run in to issues.

I used Steam to delete the local game content and completely deleted my data file and then re installed the game. But I'm still running in to issues.

The wagon scene is messed up at the beginning, I get a weird view and when I turn the camera you can't see the other guys in the wagon. You can also hear the characters making sounds as if they are getting injured.

I've already reinstalled the game twice, so how can I fix these issues? Also I've noticed that since reinstalling, the game is taking up double the space. 24.3 GB to be exact.
