Do you use the best armor you have or RP armor?

I have a lvl 50 nord warrior dragonborn, im fully equipped in dragon armor but sometimes I like how iron armor looks on me, but the thing is that wearing lower lvl armor offers you too little protection.

What do you guys think about this?

I like whatever is visually appealing. Sometimes I roll in fur armor.

with max smithing and enchanting i just wear whatever armor looks the coolest, besides if your level 50 its not like you'll need max armor rating to slay a few puny banditoes

Lately it's Falmer armor. Like the design and the way it contrasts with the fur.

My Dragonborn uses a variant of the steel plate armour from a mod, called "heroic Stormcloak armour". Looks really cool and fits his character post-Alduin crisis.

My witch character only uses black mage robes. They aren't very good, but they are exactly how I want her to look.

My character wear Daedric because that's his kind of character. Strong ties with the Daedra and is also a conjurer. Doesn't make him necessarily evil though, the same could be said of Daedra. He is mostly neutral with a hint of being a paragon in most situations.
